Annual Staff Training Program is an important event in a year to Consumer Search. Following last year's theme – A Winning Team To Capitalize On The Growth Opportunities, we continued to hold our training program with the theme Successful Project Management – Leading To Customer And Staff Satisfaction.

 

Consumer Search's 2008 Annual Staff Training Program was held in Manila, Philippines on Sep 19-21. It's our honor to have Mr. Frederick Ho, Former Commissioner of Census & Statistics Department, to be our VIP speaker of the training program. He explained the demographics of HK population in terms of past developments and future trend. Mr. Louis Tong, our Senior Advisor, has delivered the core presentation and led the group discussion afterwards. All staff actively participated in the discussion and came up with inspiring and insightful opinions.

 

Later we had a short Intensive Program in HK to review the outputs in Manila training and further discuss the preparations we need to meet our company targets and cope with future challenges.

 

As always, we had 2 very successful training programs this year. We believe that our staff is ready for the tough and challenging 2009.
