Consumer Search always urges itself to be equipped with up-to-date technology, as well as software and hardware implements to keep up the pace of the trend.

 

Recently Consumer Search has enhanced its equipments to allow more efficient execution of data-processing tasks. iCATI and iSurvey System were developed in-house and in use in early 2007.

 

iSurvey is an internet based web survey system, while iCATI is an intranet based CATI system for HK and China branch offices. Two web servers were set up in Hong Kong and Guangzhou data center. Quota report and frequency of major questions can be shown simultaneously for easy fieldwork management.

 

We have carried out more than 10 projects by using both systems in 2007.
