With the theme of Riding on Changes and Pursuit of Innovation, this year our annual staff training was held at Shen Zhen Kylin Villa during Oct 9-10 (Friday & Saturday).

 

Friday night was a dinner time for all colleagues to enjoy and relax. On Saturday, our new partner Peter Yip, who is a professional in HR training and consulting, and his colleagues Sun Ho and Pauline Wong, were our training facilitators introducing several games and activities which inspired us on how to ride on changes and be more innovative to cope with future challenges.

 

The 2009 training programme ended in success and we believe that our staff has the determination to equip themselves with positive mindset on changes and eagerness for innovation.
