Interview efficiency and quality raised (27 Jan 2010)

Recently we have implemented a digital audio recording system in our Hong Kong call centre which monitors and records interviews on appropriate occasions, meaning that it would enhance interviewers' productivity and interview quality while compliance with the local privacy ordinance would be assured.
