Title Care Taker Study
Introduction N=50 Face-to-face interviews were conducted to care takers of a disease to investigate their difficulties and problems during the caring process, and sort of help are useful to them
Sample size - N=50
Country - Hong Kong
Recruitment Period - 1 week
Interviewing length - Face to face in-depth interview
- Self complete questionnaire
- Paper-based questionnaire was used
- Showcards were shown for sensitive questions
Fieldwork period - 1 week
Quota - 30% of care takers are taking care of patients suffering from a severe level of the disease, 30% moderate level, 40% mild level
- 50% male, 50% female
Investigation Area - To understand what symptoms were suffered by the patients
- To investigate difficulties and problems suffered by the care takers
- To gauge the opinions from the respondents on what can be done to help them
- Showcards were used to ask sensitive questions e.g. symptoms
